Liam Karitz est le fils de Susane Karitz et le jumeau de Théo Karitz. Il habite avec sa mère, son beau-père et son frère dans la petite ville de Hamburg en Allemagne. On le considère plus "sensible" que son grand frère.

À 11 ans, sa mère fait connaissance avec Anita Parïs, une écrivaine de contes fantastiques, qui eux, rencontre sa fille, Anaïs Parïs. En peu plus tard il devient donc le petit copain d'Anaïs.
Depuis qu'il est jeune, il adore le monde de la musique et celle de rockstar alors c'est a ce moment là qui,Avec deux de ses amis, Gunther et Geoffrey, et son jumeau, Théo, forment un groupe de rock, Les Spiders From Mag'. Il devient donc le chanteur principal du groupe.

Quelques temps plus tard, après que sa relation avec Anaïs soit fini car elle devait retournée en France, il change le nom du groupe pour Japan Road et deviennent un groupe connu et réputé, demandé aux quatre coins de la planète. Déja à 16 ans ils vont à Paris pour faire de la promo pour leur nouveau DVD. C'est en étant à Paris que le groupe revoient Anaïs et qu'il retombe amoureux d'elle. Mais cette fois ci, il l'aime tellement qu'ils préfèrent cacher leur relation car il a peur que la presse finissent par les séparer.

Liam Karitz is the son of Susane Karitz and the twin of Theo Karitz. He is born in Madgeburg but stays with his mom, his step-father and his brother in the small town of Hamburg in Germany. We consider him to be more "sensitive" then his big brother.

At 11 years old, his mother became acquainted with Anita Paris, a fantasy writter, who them, meet her daughter, Anaïs Parïs. Later on, he becomes the boyfriend of Anaïs. Since he was young, he loves the world of music and the one of rockstars so it's at that time that he and his two friends, Gunther and Geoffrey, and his twin, Theo, form a rock music group, Les Spiders From Mag'. He becomes the group's lead singer.

Some time later, after his relationship with Anaïs has ended because she had to moved back in France, he changed their group name for Japan Road and become a known and reputable group, asked in the four corners of the planet. Already at 16 years old, they go to Paris to make promo of their new DVD. it's when they are in Paris that he see Anaïs again and falls in love with her again. But this time, he loves her so much that he prefers to hide their relationship because he's afraid that the press separates them eventually.
